Cristina is driven by a passion for humanizing organizations—rethinking how people interact, communicate, and innovate together to create distinctive, organic value. She achieves this by embracing what she calls the “economy of ideas,” which harnesses the fusion of insights, knowledge, and intention to foster positive change in any environment.
Cristina holds an Executive MBA in Business and a B.A. (Hons) in Media & Communications Studies. With experience spanning the public sector, NGOs, and private enterprises, she serves as an intrapreneur who makes things happen (or knows when not to!), championing fresh initiatives and guiding them to fruition.
