Future Skills Academy is a global learning ecosystem focused on developing Power Skills, the essential human capabilities needed to navigate complexity, lead change and create meaningful impact in a fast-evolving world.
We specialize in skills such as critical thinking, creative thinking, empathy, decision-making, adaptability, facilitation and storytelling. These are not treated as “soft skills,” but as foundational capabilities that unlock the real value of tools, methods, technology and strategy.
Through tailored courses, leadership programs, learning journeys and consultancy engagements, we help teams turn insight into action and strategy into behavior. We also collaborate with partners through our ecosystem model, co-creating programs and building local relevance while staying globally connected.

Be a Signal Scout
The future doesn’t come with instructions. It shows up early, in small changes that are easy to miss.
Signal Scouts are trend watchers who look earlier. Once a month you share one signal with the Future Skills Lab: something you noticed in work, learning or life. Together we connect the dots into patterns and the skills they ask of people.
An official volunteer position for your LinkedIn and your CV. A small club of at most 50 scouts, admitted one by one.
