Arne van Oosterom is the founder of Future Skills Academy and a leading creative facilitator and coach. He has spent his career helping teams and leaders navigate complexity and develop the human skills needed for meaningful change.
He previously founded DesignThinkers Group and DesignThinkers Academy in 2006, which have grown into a global network in more than 25 countries.
Arne has worked with organizations including Under Armour, Coca-Cola, Volkswagen, Bosch, and Philips, and continues to focus on building “power skills” for a rapidly changing world.
