Facilitation Training

Format
The training itself is live on location, but is flanked by self directed pre-work, a 15 minute intake call and one peer coaching session 4 weeks after the live training and access to a facilitators learning community on the Future Skills Academy platform.
Duration
The training involves two consecutive training days on location. The first day starts at 09.00 AM until 06.00 PM followed by dinner until 09.30 PM. The second day starts again at 09.00 AM and finishes at 04.30 PM. We provide tips for affordable overnight stay.
Pre-work requires 2 hours of self directed planning and preparing. The exact coaching date is to be decided during training.

How often do you receive direct, honest and actionable feedback on how others experience how you lead and interact with your coworkers?
The essence of this training is switching between different roles to holistically experience what goes on in teams when they try to navigate complex problem solving and creative innovation. By switching between leading, following and disrupting- perspectives and by giving and receiving practical feedback from both participants and experts, you will grow a three dimensional understanding about team dynamics and what it means to foster a ‘combined coworker brain’ capable of creating new value beyond the sum of its parts. In parallel you will be working on your own project to prepare for a concrete facilitation opportunity in your organisation (or elsewhere) shortly following the training.
