Simo Routarinne is a culture & interaction designer – and the Founder & CEO of Proimpro Ltd. He helps people, teams and organisations transform their behaviours and culture in a relatively short time, fostering adaptability, resilience and performance – in short, productivity.
An internationally recognised expert in strategic influencing, constructive interaction and appreciative coworking culture, Simo is a wise and humorous lecturer, facilitator, consultant, moderator and trainer. With 30 years of experience and a professional background in acting and improvisation, he brings an engaging and impactful presence to every setting.
Simo is a founding member of Stella Polaris, the first professional improvisation theatre in Finland (est. 1990), where he also developed their Applied Improvisation training curriculum for corporate clients. Since 2005, he has been an active member of the Applied Improvisation Network.
Passionate about lifelong learning, Simo draws on a rich mix of methods in his work – including positive psychology, facilitation, coaching, mindfulness, applied drama & improvisation, transactional analysis and live role-playing.
