Raluca has pioneered a lot of new roles in her 15 years of work: first engineering team in a service oriented company working for General Motors plants in Europe, first role as a Continuous Improvement Specialist conducting Change Management Projects in HARTING Manufacturing in Romania, first role in the first Design Thinking School in a university in Romania.
The red line that connects her work as an engineer and designer is always asking why and always working across disciplines and departments, creating networks of collaboration like a bubblegum.
She facilitates working in new ways, likes to keep experimenting and exploring new tools, while also focusing on helping people discover the insights behind addition by subtraction.
