Visual Thinking
Facilitator: Sarah Lund Morrison
Draw the problem before you try to solve it.
Format
1 day in-person, hands-on with real paper and pens. A lighter 2 x 2 hour virtual version is available though the exercises work better in the room.
Duration
1 day, or 2 virtual sessions.
Description
No drawing talent required. Teams learn a small repeatable visual vocabulary (boxes, arrows, timelines, stick figures) and practice using it live to map a real problem, a customer journey or a decision the group is stuck on. Built from the same sketching and mapping tools already used inside the CX & AI Bootcamp toolkit, now taught as its own skill.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this training, participants will:
- Build a small, reusable visual vocabulary for meetings and workshops
- Map a real problem or journey live, in front of the group that owns it
- Use a shared drawing to align a room faster than a slide deck does
For who?
Facilitators, product and service teams and anyone who runs workshops or client meetings. No drawing experience required.
