The CX and AI Bootcamp
Facilitator: Laith Weldali, Ph.D
A hands-on scenario game for the people deciding what the chatbot should never touch, building a customer experience and AI strategy that’s actually theirs.
Format
1, 2 or 4 days in-person. Bring your own intact team in-house, or join a new team built on the spot at a conference or as a pre-conference workshop.
Duration
2 days for the core team format, or 4 days for the flagship format, which adds a 3 week trial back at work between blocks plus day 30 and day 100 check-ins.
Description
Not a seminar about AI. A live scenario the team plays together, building a customer experience and AI strategy at three levels at once: personal, team and business, the same way strategy actually forms in the real world.
Every AI decision in the room becomes a trade off with a price, using a Trust Score mechanic built from twelve real costs and eight real gains of AI, each with a sourced statistic.
Accepting a cost undermines Trust unless the team can mitigate it, claiming a gain earns Trust only if the team can argue why it applies here. The team leaves with one sentence everyone can say the same way: the experience you give a customer that no competitor running the same AI can match, then prices it, pitches it and defends it in front of a panel.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this training, participants will:
- Build a personal, team and business strategy for where AI belongs and where a human decision has to stay a human decision
- Use a Trust Score method to weigh the real costs and gains of AI against a real customer experience decision
- Price, pitch and defend a customer experience and AI strategy in front of a panel
- Leave with a shared toolkit and vocabulary the team keeps using on real decisions after the program ends
For who?
Customer support and service leaders, contact centre and claims directors and CX or digital transformation teams at banks, telcos, insurers, retailers and government-linked service organizations. Sector neutral, mid-level, delivered in-house or at your conference.
