Creative Leadership
Facilitator: Arne van Oosterom
Facilitative and servant leadership in one program. Lead by holding space, not by holding the answer.
Format
2 days in-person plus a 30-day practice check-in call, or 4 x 2.5 hour virtual sessions with the same 30-day check-in.
Duration
2 days plus a follow-up call, or 4 sessions plus a follow-up call.
Description
This program brings together facilitative and servant leadership, the Mirror Map diagnostic and a 30-day practice check-in into one flagship. Day one covers facilitative and servant leadership as a practiced skill: holding space, reading group energy and stepping back so the team does the actual work. Day two runs the Mirror Map diagnostic, a working sense of the leader’s own persona, energy rituals and the six disruptive patterns every leader eventually meets in a room. The 30-day check-in tests one real leadership moment back at work before anyone calls the shift permanent.
Learning Objectives
By the end of this training, participants will:
- Practice facilitative and servant leadership behaviors live, not just discuss them
- Build a personal Mirror Map: your leadership persona, your energy pattern and your blind spot
- Rehearse a response to six recurring disruptive-participant types before meeting them for real
- Test one real change back at work, then return for a 30-day check-in
For who?
Team leads, facilitators and managers moving from directing to enabling. Works for new facilitators and 25-year veterans alike.
